    The invention relates to pipe fittings, in particular to shut-off valves ycTpoficTBaM with a rotatable stopper. A rotary closure device is known in which case a rotatable closure plug is installed with an inlet and outlet nozzles, with a flow passage and a drainage conduit sealed relative to the body and the closure and placed in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the closure 1. The disadvantage of this device is low reliability and low throughput. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability and increase the throughput of the plug. This is achieved by the fact that the aperture of the tube is made up of a profile, for example, of an I-shape with a protrusion interacting in the closed position of the tube with the sealing element of the drainage channel, the drainage channel being shifted in the direction of the inlet nozzle. FIG. 1 shows a locking device according to the invention, a longitudinal section in a plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the plug (in the open position), FIG. 2 is the same longitudinal section in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the plug (in the open position) in FIG. 3 - the same, in the closed position, in FIG. 4 - the same cross section. In the case 1 of the locking device, the inlet 2 and the outlet 3 are threaded nozzles, a rotary closure plug 4 and a drainage channel 5 are installed, located in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation, and displaced in the direction of the inlet 2 nozzle. The closure plug 4 is formed with a V-shaped channel b profiled with a protrusion 7, which is provided with a groove-shaped notch 8. The drainage channel 5 is sealed with a sealing element 9 relative to the housing 1 and the plug 4. The housing houses the supporting cuffs 10 and 11, which are pressed against the closure plug 4, respectively, by the inlet-2nd outlet 3 threaded nozzles.
